TREE & SHRUB CARE:
Providing Scientific Diagnosis
and Treatment Services
The key to Tree & Shrub Care is prevention. By keeping your trees healthy, they can fight off most diseases on their own...saving you a lot of money and keeping your landscape beautiful. Integrity Tree Services incorporates three components to achieving this goal.
1) Site Evaluation: Getting a road map for where you are and what areas need to be addressed. All of the areas listed in the Tree & Shrub Report Form are reviewed in this visit.
2) Executing a Work Plan: Addressing the areas identified in the Site Evaluation.
3) Monitoring Visits: Truly the backbone to keeping a healthy landscape over any extended timeframe. This is where we visit the site multiple times throughout the growing season to check on all aspects of the landscape: disease outbreaks, watering practices, nutrient deficiencies, any unnecessary stresses put on the plants, etc... We then take care of any issues possible while still on site (chemical treatment, nutrient treatment, etc...). We will write a report to keep educating the client and keep them well informed of what action needs to be taken.

-DEEP ROOT INJECTIONS-
Deep Root Injections of Bio-Stimulants or fertilizer. Many valuable trees are lost due to stresses that are left unchecked.

-ROOT FLARE-
Several serious concerns stem from trees that are buried
above the root collar. To avoid this situation on your property,
read more on Proper Tree Planting.

-GIRDLING ROOTS / AIRSPADE-
Corrective treatment using special tools in order to avoid
damaging the root system. Note: If you do not see a
root flare
on your tree, contact us immediately.
If ignored, girdling roots will kill your tree prematurely.

-ROOT ROT-
Root decaying organisms attack the trunk of the tree more often in areas where soil is too deep or too much water is present.

Root Rot is also common where the roots are damaged...
opening them up to infection.

-MONITORING VISIT-
There are far too many diseases to list. To avoid outbreaks, it is important to set up Monitoring Visits several times throughout the growing season. These visits will save you money over blanket
spray programs. They are also friendly to our environment because
we only treat with chemicals when absolutely necessary.

-OVER WATERING-
Many times people create situations that stress their trees, making them vulnerable to diseases for attack. For more information, read the Man vs. Disease article in our Spring 2007 Seasonal Report.

Contact us to review what is happening on your property. It could mean life or death to your trees & shrubs!
