Cabling and bracing are processes that restore or improve the structural integrity of a tree that is worth preserving. While it sounds like a relatively simple process, it takes a great deal of technical expertise and experience to know how to go about it in a manner that protects the longevity of the living tree and the safety of those around it. Our service personnel are fully trained and experienced in all aspects of cabling and bracing.

This was a mature Red Oak. It shows how cabling works,
as well as how another company failed to protect the
rest of the tree. The red line is the existing cable still in the tree.
They had cabled the weakest section to the strongest.

They forgot to cable the third section of the tree.
In a storm, the third section that was not cabled failed.
The section that was cabled together, although weak, it survived.

A huge price was paid by not hiring a professional company that is educated on how to properly install a cabling system.

The price range for the next 2 cables to properly protect
the tree is $400-$600. The price for repairing the house was
in the thousands. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
